Email Campaign Studio — How to send a campaign

Overview

The Email Campaign Studio lets you send personalised bulk email campaigns from [email protected] — no coding required.

Recipients sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16lMivvjMcw7tXqSDGUANnTLEMtyA2z6Abq3WXQeMw80/edit

Step 1 — Fill in the recipients sheet

Open the Google Sheet. Add one row per person you want to email.

Column

What to enter

Name

Their first name — appears in the email greeting

Email

Their email address — no trailing spaces

Message

A personalised line shown just below their name. Can be different for each person.

Subject

The email subject line — usually the same for all rows in a campaign.

Status

Leave blank — the system sets this to Sent automatically. Rows already marked Sent are always skipped.

Step 2 — Open the studio

Go to https://nathan.yuccalife.com/webhook/email-studio in Chrome or Safari.

Step 3 — Upload the HTML template

Click the upload area on the left and select the .html email file for this campaign. A live preview appears below — check it looks right before sending.

The template uses {{name}} and {{message}} placeholders that are replaced per recipient automatically.

Step 4 — Check your recipient list

The right panel shows everyone loaded from the sheet. Grey means pending, green means already sent. Only pending rows will be emailed.

Step 5 — Send the campaign

Click Send Campaign. The progress bar updates every few seconds as emails go out. The system sends one email every 5 seconds to stay within Gmail limits.

You will get a Telegram notification when the campaign finishes, showing how many were sent.

Good to know

Resending to someone: Clear their Status cell in the sheet and run the campaign again — only blank Status rows are picked up.

Timing: One email every 5 seconds. A campaign of 20 people takes about 2 minutes.

Sent from: [email protected] — replies go to that inbox.

Email templates: Ask Amir for the latest .html file for each campaign. Do not edit the HTML file yourself — it is designed to look correct in all email clients.

Something went wrong? Message Amir on Telegram. Do not re-run the campaign before checking the sheet — some rows may already be marked Sent.
