ERROR (Bad WiFi password)
This error is most often not a wrong password, but rather a TTLock error needing the app to be deleted and then re-installed.
PROCESS
Preparation. Check that you know the password you set for your TTLock account (or be ready with the registered email address to go through their lost password process).
STEPS
- Uninstall TTLock from your phone
- Restart your phone
- Re-install the TTLock app
- Sign back into TTLock
- Try logging into a 2.4G WfFi channel.
If those steps do not work, consider doing a factory reset of the smartlock as well.
