1. Remove the Handle: Carefully take off the handle from the lock.

2. Tighten the Screws: Check and tighten all screws to ensure they are secure.

3. Check for Continued Looseness: If the handle remains loose after tightening, proceed to the next step.

4. Request New Screws: Contact us to request replacement screws if necessary.

5. Identify Screw Types:

   • Early Models: These may use Phillips head screws and do not have Loctite coating.
