We’re committed to making returns as simple as possible with our 60-day no-quibble returns policy for UK customers. Here’s what to do:

1. Contact us

If your return is within 60 days of purchase, email us at [email protected] with the following details:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of your return request

• Your address, so we can locate the nearest drop-off shop for you

2. Receive your barcode

We’ll email you a barcode. Take it, along with your securely packaged product, to the drop-off shop. They’ll print the return label for you and provide a receipt.

3. Refund process

Once we’ve received your returned product, we’ll process your refund promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.
