What happens if I lose my physical key?

For security reasons, our physical keys are uniquely designed for your lock ID, and we do not keep spare keys. We recommend giving a key to a trusted family member from the outset.

Additionally, the lock can still be unlocked through other methods depending on your lock model, such as smartphone unlock, fingerprints, or pin codes.
