Why am I having difficulty with installing my smart lock?
Installation issues can be caused by a variety of aspects, one reason being that Offset Spindles are frequently incompatible with the our Locks.

Offset spindles often don’t work with our locks. However, if your lock only uses the top spindle to operate, here is the list of recommended compatible locks:
